Advoled was contracted to provide an overhead line design for modification to the existing overhead line system. This was to incorporate sectioning and switching for two new substations at Whitefield and  Brooklands that were being constructed.

​The design included modifications to the existing overhead line, locating of new isolating switches, cabling arrangements and the design of new componentry.
